Saltwater is located in the Cedars Inn Hotel at 895 Gibsons Way, Gibsons, BC. It opened its doors to the public on Mother’s Day 2011 to provide great quality home cooking to the community and the community’s guests.
Saltwater is originally a catering company catering to the Coast, mainly in the Sechelt and Pender Harbour area, since 2007. Saltwater wishes to continue its catering services by extending it to the entire Sunshine Coast by opening its own restaurant to provide it’s diverse services as it has to the Sechelt and Pender Harbour area.
Saltwater has a great team of chefs who are worldly experienced; from serving the Norweigen Royal Family to Joe Fortes in Vancouver. Saltwater only serves food that is made from scratch with emphasis on quality home cooking.
